Why are there no frames included?
Frames are not included to allow customers the flexibility to choose their own that match their decor and personal style. This also helps in reducing shipping costs, minimising the risk of damage during transit and reduce carbon emissions.

Why are there limited sizes available?
We offer a curated selection of sizes to ensure the highest quality of prints and to streamline our production process. This enables us to maintain consistency and meet our quality standards.

Can I get a digital download?
We primarily focus on providing high-quality physical prints. However, if you're interested in a digital download for personal use, please contact us for available options.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds or replacements for any orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with any quality issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information and how to claim a refund. 

What are the shipping times?
Shipping times vary based on location and once an order is processed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that we don't deliver to PO Boxes. Custom orders may take additional processing time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination. Be aware of potential customs fees or import duties specific to your country.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress to your delivery address.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the print, the shipping destination and the chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping cost estimate at checkout before finalising your order. Currently all CCIII Fine Art Prints have free shipping on all our wall art prints.

It's a way to connect with our community and add value for our customers. We'll share our process, hopefully inspiring others to explore push creative boundaries.

Can I customise a print?
If you're interested in customising a print (modifying colours, sizes, or adding text), please talk to me to discuss your requirements and the feasibility of any custom orders.

How do I care for my print?
To ensure the longevity of your print, avoid direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth without using cleaning agents.

What materials are used for the prints?
We use high-quality materials for our prints, including premium museum quality paper and archival inks to ensure durability and colour fidelity. Our paper is sourced from FSC Certified Forests. Check out our Sustainability Promise for more technical details.
