Returns & Refund Policy

At CCIII Art Prints, we take pride in the quality of our products. If, by any chance, you receive a print from us that is either faulty or damaged, we will promptly and at no additional cost, provide you with a replacement.

In the event that a package or its contents arrive visibly and significantly damaged, please take a photograph to document the damage, decline the delivery, and promptly get in touch with us.

Should you discover any damage to an item after it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your print at hello[dot]charlenecoleman.co

We will be more than happy to assist you, and if necessary, cover the return shipping costs.

We are committed to ensuring that all our prints perfectly match the products showcased on our website. If you are dissatisfied with your print due to any discrepancies in appearance, please reach out to us.

We will conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with a free reprint as a priority. If your CCIII Fine Art Print product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the first month, please use the guidelines above and notify us immediately, we'll endeavour to provide you with a free reprint.

Cancellations and Changes:

As we create each order on a print per order basis, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cancellations or alterations (including changes in print selection and size) once your order has been placed.

However, up until the point of dispatch, we can update your email and shipping address, if necessary. To expedite this process, please notify us as soon as possible since we endeavour to ship orders promptly.

Change of Mind:

Given that we tailor our prints to order for every purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items due to a change of mind or an incorrect size choice.

We highly recommend taking your time to carefully select the perfect print for your space.

If you seek a second opinion or advice, feel free to ask us for assistance. 

Additionally, we encourage you to measure meticulously. A helpful tip is to cut a piece of paper to the exact dimensions of the print you're considering and temporarily attach it to the wall using adhesive putty. This will provide you with a clear sense of how the print will complement your space.
